Coaching encompasses everything! – Shanghai monthly gathering (Chinese program) (14 Jan 2012)
Within every human being lies the source of unlimited power. Yes! Especially the aggregate of such power from 21 people. All the more if these 21 people are coaches and aspiring coaches! At the fabulous gathering on 14 Jan were 21 students, alumni and several new friends.
The key agenda was Diana’s sharing of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) basic concept, background and application. To reinforce the understanding of NLP effectiveness (Present state + Apply Resources = Desired State), our ICA alumni, Willa Wang courageously volunteered to be the peer client. In the demo coaching, Diana applied The S.C.O.R.E. model (Symptoms, Causes, Resources, Techniques, Outcomes, Effects) to successfully illustrate the application of NLP on coaching. The session attracted many feedback, curious questions and sharing of personal learning. It was a fun, enlightening and impressive learning experience for all.

Isn’t it enriching? The amazement is just beginning to unfold. “How so?” That’s because Felicia Lauw, our ICA learning leader is coming to Shanghai and she will be gracing the monthly gathering in February. How splendor would the session be? Please eagerly await for the gathering on 25th Feb.
